im at the point where i am getting close to having tranny work done...within the next 10k miles.

what is everyones expirence with the suncoast products. I am looking at their superduty rebuild kit, torque converter, and input shaft.

the guy at suncoast said that would make me good for up to about 600 rwhp.

i plan to stud, injectors, fuel system and a vgt-ss upgrade from elite. so at most my truck will do 520 when its done...or so i hope.

I hear people running that comb with good results.

I would hit up lubeowner and ask what he has done to his trans. It's holding what I would guess to be 600+

I'm running the suncoast extreme duty rebuild kit, suncoast billet input, and the john woods converter and its working awesome in my 4r100 trans.

I'm pushing about 475 to the wheels for almost 10,000 miles and it still working great.

mxchase,

Since you are here in SoCal, I strongly recommend that you give John Wood a shout ( www.jwtt.com ). He can style out your trans for whatever power level you want.

You might try asking Bigrpowr or Weweld about their JW trans. They live only a few minutes away from you.

PS - Did you ever get that bolt out of your tire?
