I just had my transmission rebuilt in my 2000 F350 dually with A 2 YEAR WARRANTY. I got it back and it shifts great, but the torque converter will not lock up completely and is always slipping in and out. I brought it back and the trans guy says it is fine. Which it is not... It never fully locks up and heats up like crazy. Past 250 degrees if i have a load, and the fluid is terribly dirty now also...and burnt.... I dont know what to do and the torque converter is new i checked and it is made by a company called Precision. I bought a torque converter lockup switch to see if that was the case, but with that on it still wont fully lock up. Please i need help! What do i do to fix the lockup?
