First vid is from after work yesterday and 2nd is from before work this morning. I haven't had any of the starting issues (started up a couple times this past winter in -20 degree weather) or other signs of a bad FICM, but I've been more diligent in monitoring lately and noticed the low voltage. Seems like after driving for a couple minutes and warming up a bit it settles in and stays between 47-48 volts. I have a leece neville 230 amp alternator and the batteries are a few years old and get put on a tender on a regular basis (just for good maintenance), so I think I should be good there. Anything else I should check before looking into replacing the FICM?

I would send it to FICMrepair.com for a rebuild, instead of replacing it.
