I was looking around on eBay found some dt360s dt466 and cat motors are any of these capable of decent power? Any aftermarket for them?

I know DT360's and DT466's are rated for over 1K HP.

As for aftermarket I know a guy over on OBN has been getting a lot of parts for his DT466 from tractor pullers.

Finding a CAT engine that will fit into a pickup would be the problem, you could use a CAT 3208, but those are a "throw away" engine.

Best bet would be to go with a DT360/466, there's some youtube videos of a built DT466 pulling truck, full pulls every time.
