So i am having trouble with my 3rd brake light and torque converter lock up. Ive checked the fuses and they look good. Ive checked to see if the third brake light is even getting power and its not and the wires seem to look fine. Really at a loss as to what i should check next. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Sucks driving the truck since the torque converter isnt locking up properly.

The wiring for all that runs along the drivers side under the sill plat and goes to a connector in the piller just behind the door and then runs up to the lights. I would start at the wiring just behind the door if its good then its up inside the piller or roof if not then pull the sill and follow them.back till u find the problem.

Sent from my super awsome outdated new Samsung phone whose 500mA draw hasn't over-overloaded multiple already over rated branch circuits just beyond the kaboom point and caught everything on fire yet. [emoji322]

Have you removed the light fixture from the cab and inspected it? It's notorious for melting from the heat of the tungsten bulbs, esp. if you leave your door open for extended periods, or hold your foot on the brake for long periods. That could possibly take out both the brake light and dome light circuits.
