Got this truck back together this week. It was worse going back together than coming apart.... My two words of advice on 6.7's- Be easy, they're delicate and make sure when the turbo is removed, cover the drain port in the valley. Found out the hard way when I pulled the oil pan to retrieve a washer....

It won't take that long. They're already quite difficult. I know its probably because its the first one I've been into, but the 6.7 really does seem more difficult than the other PSD's at the moment. It really wasn't designed to be taken apart I guess. I hope thats because they had that much faith in them.

It's a 2 piece oil pan, the bottom part is plastic. I do not know if the top part of the pan can be pulled with the motor still in, but the plastic bottom part can.
