I heard Jesse is having them made in Mexico and based on the pics I was just sent I believe it.

My 5 year old nephew could weld better than that

Not that I'm aware of...

I do know other bumper companies that have "Made in USA" on their website,..are actually welded in China.

And other bumper companies sell bumpers..but don't actually ship them out....LOL

The same guy that has that bumper says the reverse sensor holes in the rear bumper were cut with a torch and not smoothed out:doh:

Props to Jesse on the design of his bumpers, I have had 2 of his bumpers on my trucks and sold several of them and they are hands down the best looking bumpers/grilleguards out there! None of the bumpers I have recieved from Jesse have welds that look like those in your pics, but who knows, maybe they hired a new guy who needed a little practice?!? Lol Naw Jesse is a great guy to deal with and anyone who comes in looking for a bumper or grilleguard, I push them towards and Ironbull everytime!

This is the exact one we talked about on the phone Jay......the one that I was supposed to send you pictures of and couldn't at the time. You can say what you want about Jesse, but he was the second rudest person I've ever talked to in my life (only because I can't think of who the first might be right now). That is the nastiest, crappiest ugliest piece of metal work I've ever seen. And to top it all off the coating is already peeling on Jake's bumper. No wonder he barely guarantee's the coating (which is crap anyway) and the weld pictures speak for themselves. Lets don't even talk about the lack of a hole to get the spare tire down or anyway to mount wiring.

Heard about that guy????? You talked to him (ME) on the phone for quite a while about this. The bad work speaks for itself. Even YOU admitted to me on the phone that Jesse was an A hole and you can't deny that. You can try to smooth over what ever you want, but pictures DON"T LIE.

Mount bracket made from "welded angle" : Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums - bismic's Album: Ironbull Bumper Quality - Picture

5 layer "toweye" virtually unwelded from inside. Hope no one gets stuck and tries to pull out anything with these: Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums - bismic's Album: Ironbull Bumper Quality - Picture

I wish I had some more of the quality welding. The top step plate was two pieces "welded" together.

yes .."I heard about that guy".....and it wasn't you...you and I had a great conversation....and like you said..I agreed with you.

you are the 3rd person I have heard about that has had problems...out of the thousands of bumpers sold.

Yes...Jesse can be a bit brash...but did you try calling him back and talk about shipping it back to him?

A bit brash???????? That's a bit of an understatement. After he talked to me like I was a small child (I'm almost 53 years old) about something he obviously had no clue about I have no use or respect for the "man". I don't give a DAMN how many he's designed or sold. Drawings are one thing, quality in manufacture is another. Customer service is priceless.
Considering that it's not my truck and the owner has been overseas protecting our freedom that's not my call. I wanted the owner to see it for himself. Needless to say he wasn't particularly pleased, especially with the cover peeling already and the truck hasn't done anything but sit in my driveway since the install.

I'm going through something myself with a well known company and sponsor of the site. Mine doesn't have anything with product quality but if I was in this situation I would be outraged and getting this made up! Hope things work out for the guy and makes it home safely! Support Our Troops!!!
