Hi kids,
I just put some new AC Delco front sway bar bushings in the I beams of my 06 E350 , they were pretty hard to press in, but the passenger side one just keeps popping out. I thought maybe it was the lube i used so I washed it clean and cleaned the hole in the I beam and just pressed it in dry. It seems to be intact but only lasts a mile or two before it just pops back out again.

Any ideas?
Even after the 3rd install im still using a 3/4 inch bolt and washers and its a hard crank to press it back in...

Im wondering if its under too much pressure, do i need the whole front end lifted to intall them? Im not lifting it at all.

K thx :|

i am guessing they are just not the proper bushing

and no you do not have to do anything other than unbolting the sway bar end links to replace the bushings
