Alright so I'm gonna come right out and say I have no idea what this new noise could be as I've never heard a sound like this before. I'm getting a metallic like rattle coming from under the truck when accelerating over 45 and on a rough road (newer asphalt or pavement with locks of cracks). Passenger says it's coming from the front passenger tire. I can feel it in the driver floorboard and just a bit in the steering wheel but no sway or real vibration. If I had to describe the sound it's almost like a soda can put into a house fan at times and at other times it sounds like a hose clamp spinning on something metal. I'm currently 275 miles from home on a fishing trip so my options are limited as what I can check.

Initial thoughts would be loose or broken shock, or maybe a brake pad lining came off. Or possibly a broken spring. If you don't find anything on your initial visual inspection, I'd highly recommend jacking that wheel up and shaking it, in case it's a bad wheel bearing or a hub trying to engage.

Any difference when braking or turning?
Any difference in/out of 4 wheel drive?

No difference when turning it driving. I haven't tested 4 wheel drive yet as I'm not too comfortable to drive 65 in 4wheel drive.

I grabbed my shock and checked for looseness but didn't find anything. I did notice that a nut is missing from a bolt that's going through the dust cover on the brakes. Will investigate more when I have tools and a jack
