A friend of mine has a 2007 F-350 6.0L only 19K on the ticker on his way down to the cape to camp it threw a 0299 code. Turbo under boost is the code. He was towing 25ft camper will under the trucks towing limits. So when he got here I reset the code and he drove around for a week with no problems on his way home again today about an hour into the trip it threw the code again.

Any ideas.

thanks

Turbo vanes sticking (time to clean the turbo) or the EBP tube is plugged or the EBP sensor is bad.

19K on a 2007 is the problem. Your buddy does not drive it enough and sticking vanes is going to be an ongoing issue.
