The morning after the Obamacare catastrophe the legal battle against socialism begins............


Virginia, Florida, South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Utah, Pennsylvania, Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota and Idaho to file multi-state lawsuit. Similar legislation is pending in 37 other states.

State Attorneys General Agree To File Constitutional Challenge To Obamacare Immediately

In late breaking news this evening after the historic passage of Obamacare through the House of Representatives by Democrats over bipartisan opposition, many state attorneys general held a conference call in which it was decided that they would file a multi-state suit alleging the newly-passed Obamacare is unconstitutional immediately after President Barack Obama signs the act, which is expected on early next week.......

I predict that it will be a long, drawn out process.

Agreed, there will be alot of money spent on the legal proceedings, not sure what to think about that. :doh:

It isn't likely to happen.

Too many professional golfers live here for the income tax break. :D

Don't kid yourself though, by the time all of the other higher prices are added up, it would be cheaper over all to live in a backward state like...................

Texas doesn't have state income tax either.

I know that.

Neither does Nevada or Alaska (and some others).

My point was that the cost of living, due to other things like property taxes/fees/registrations are less expensive in Texas.
