I have a set of Casserly stage 2s 160s with 100% nozzles. Would there be any gains or benifits if i went to a 200% nozzle?

With 100% nozzle and 160's your empting the injector in a short time, if you went with 200% you would lose IP at the nozzle...

More smoke, and Higher EGT's... maybe a bit more HP but not worth it IMHO.

Nozzles would cost about $500-$600... You could have someone mod the injectors into 180's or bigger for about the same.

SPEED.

You would drop your "to empty" time from aprox 2.5 ms to 1.75'ish ms.

You would also have to have more fuel side mods done to help with the refill process.

IMO not worth it until you get up into larger injectors. Think you will need big oil as well.
