Ok... I am really thinking of adding Stacks to the truck. I will try and get some pic's tonight of the issues I have.

#1 Fuel Tank in the bed... 110g L tank
#2 Tool Box... But it extends about 8" past the bottom of the L tank (so I am thinking good thing)
#3... and this is the big one, I have 5" from the Bed Rail to the tank...

If I could get a 5" stack, do you think that would be too small? What about a 4" to 6" stack that would start just above the bed rail?

I dont want the angle cut, dont want the bull haulers, but the slight turn outs???

Good... Built most of my stuff... I will build most of the bottom end pieces... but I am just worried about boiling the diesel fuel in the L tank and if 5" stacks are going to look too small...

if u can fab Why not C notch your L-tank for extra Clearance? will reduce capacity but u can clearance enough where it wont get too hot, u can throw some insulation in there too. been thinking about doing the same **** to my truck.

Your not going to boil that fuel, the fuel going back to the tank is hotter then the stacks will make that tank. Our tractors have the exhaust pretty close to the tanks with no problems.Just think of it as a fuel heater

Thats kinda what I was thinking... Maybe I will just start fabbing it up... Get some used stacks from a truck shop to see if it will work...

5 inch for duals look nice any bigger doesn't look good on a SRW IMO, but my 5 inch duals was too loud for me, my single 5 is quieter and flows much better then duals

You think there is a flow penaty for duals? Just asking before I take the plunge and regret it later...

I've got dual 5's on mine. I'd probably go 6 if I had to do it over again though.

I would go 6" but I cant fit them between the rails and the fuel tank... Unless I notch out the bed rail...

Yes i do, cause of the 2 45 degree bends in the y pipe slows the flow down, I didn't believe it till i went with my single stack, spool up was faster and SOP felt more umph, i mainly noticed faster spool up .
