Location: Cottonwood, AZ (nearest major cities are Prescott & Flagstaff (each are about an hour away)).

Pros: Truck has a brand new engine wiring harness ($425), just replaced the oil cooler ($1100), has a gooseneck, 5th wheel rails already installed, rear hitch, trailer brake, aftermarket "cone" air filter, previous owner stated he had installed $3,000 of parts himself (including a new computer, etcetera). The engine runs strong. Mileage: 250,078

Cons: Needs a new fuel pump (loses power & dies at 55 MPH, runs well at low speeds/RPM). Only the front fuel tank is operable, needs a fuel selector valve ($64 on Amazon) for the rear tank to be used.

I simply don't need this truck anymore as I'm selling my toy hauler travel trailer and just don't need a truck with this much power. If I was keeping my trailer, or even upgrading, I would put the money & work into getting this truck working properly as she's definitely worth it!

The $6,500 asking price is a $1,000 less than what I have into this truck between what I paid for it and repairs, diagnostics, etcetera. I need to sell this truck and get as close to what I've put into it as possible. I do understand this truck needs some TLC, so I will accept reasonable offers so this truck can go to a good owner who will take care of her 🙂

Does it loose power all the time at ~ 55 mph, or only when towing / loaded? If only the latter, it could be in the the fuel return part of the fuel system.

All the time. After further research, it could be that the fuel tanks & fuel filter need to be replaced because of water in the tanks.
