Okay the sticker on my engine is stamped out for the 185hp "Mountan Version" not the regular 166hp version. I did a straight pipe & even opened the exhaust up to 3.5" by the transmission so roughly how much HP is that good for. When I got it it had a 2.5" inlet but the outlet pipe from the muffler was only 2.25" We turned up the pump almost half a turn. (they recommend a 1/4 turn at a time)
So my question is with those mods shouldn't I be up to at least 200hp? The other question I have is about how much torque is that equal to?

Put it in low range, then you'll have twice the torque...
We did while we were out wheeling the other night  with 4.10s it was slow but VERY torquey I think it could have ripped a good sized stump out! I thought we were driving a IH tractor for a while!
If you come out with your truck I will race you in my uncle's dually
Now why would I fall for that one? I'll race it after you help me install a turbo! :ford:

I dynoed my 6.9L with intake mods, full exhaust and the pump turned up. With a 5 speed manual it put 138HP to the ground.....
