i think he just wants to polute and piss off some tree huggers. Call DJ Diesel...talk to him or Vivian and get an SCT with some of his tunes....all of them will smoke, but he does just have a smoke setting. hell my economy smokes if i punch it right....the reason it smokes is their is more fuel then air and its not getting ignited and completely burnt off.
example: you punch it when your stopped...turbo lag lets alot of fuel get dumbed into cylinders then once the turbo spools it will force it out, but once your boosting to a certain level you wont see alot of smoke...simply: alot of fuel at low boost = smoke
His initial question was all about smoke and not how to get a better overall running truck. Smoke just to smoke is lame IMHO and it gives diesels a worse reputation that we dont deserve. All smoke is, is wasted fuel. Of course the big HP trucks smoke and that is all and good on the track. but to just ask for smoke is irresponsible.
i want to gain power and a good running truck with the smoke also how much do the scts smoke i mean alot or wat ive never seen a psd with a sct in it and wat are good tunes i do tow and do want performance but still want to smoke when i want it too and is sct on the fly
it has for me and everyone else i talk to with a decent to good tuner everyone and myself usually keep their tuners set at 80 seems to get the most mpg
