Was riding down the road tonight when I had a hose blow off the heater I guess it is. now my cab is filling with smoke and my window steams horribly! Keep getting puddles of coolant in the passanger side floor. Any ideas? thanks guys!

sounds like you may have a leaky heater core.

That's what I was leaning towards was heater but is that I fixable problem or replacing thing. Just put a new heater core in last year.

Your heater core is shot. Replace it with a quality heater core and not the chapy model you can get from Advance Auto or Autozone, O'riellys etc..

Wicked easy fix in our trucks, too. Remove the glove box, a dozen or so screws on the cover, maybe an ABS control box thingy to unplug, and Bob's your uncle. And at least at this time of year, you can loop the hoses and bypass. I did the one in my wife's truck in February, in the driveway, when she obviously couldn't live without it.
