Hey guys, hate to say it, but ya lost a customer today. A buddy of mine has an rv with a 5.9 , and had issues (dodge)ointlaugh:. I recomended he call several site sponsors , so he did. Well, impatient as he is, after a while on the phone with no one answering his calls, he dialed up banks. After talking to them for a long while, he ordered bout $3500 worth of stuff.:doh:.
Sorry guys , I tried. I know most of your shops are very busy, but hate too see him spend that kinda money to get a exhaust housing/wastegate actuator, fuel plate, and some gauges.

He supposed to be getting 75 more rwhp, no smoke, quicker spoolup, and that great banks quality.:bowfast:. Shame, he could have got the same alot cheaper.

Decisions like this take time and research to decide what parts are best for you, and from who to buy them.

Banks is for those who think they can just throw some crap together and beat and pull with anything out there.

I dont know when you called but they were up for the fall brawl over this past weekend. I talked to Jody Tues after they got back and he was busy catching up from being away. Jody is a early riser I find best time to get him on the phone is like 7:30 to 8:30 am eastern time. Just leave him a message he is good about returning calls.

I am sorry to hear you had trouble reaching us. Please leave a message when you call so we can get back to you. If you did then Jody is getting everyone called back today that called yesterday. Some days he can not get everyone called back that same day. There's just not enough work hours in the day. We are a "sales,tech and customer service" team of 2. If you keep calling and both of us are on the phone it will go straight to voicemail.
