Can anyone tell me how to activate the Sirius in my Kenwood deck?

Can I get numbers off it and do it online?

Get the ESN number of the deck and call the 888 phone number...it takes about 5 minutes and they turn it on right then.

If its already installed, you can get it from the info tab in the menu.

cool, I'll try that guys. I hope the ESN is stamped directly on the deck, as I uhh, cant seem to find the box, manual, etc.

How do I get to the menu > info?

I entered the only number I could find of the deck itself and sirius site says it's not valid.

With that head...you need a reciever and an antenna. Once you plug those into the head it'll enable the satellite functions and you can get the ESN number. It's not in/on your head unit...it's in the satellite reciever.

I guess that is good in a way since I could get one to take from the truck to the house?

I hope you're gonna tell me it hooks up via RCA? FM Modulation SUCKS

A dedicated reciever will hide under the seat and plug into the back of the head unit. You'll control it via the head...no FM modulation crap.

Kenwood is Sirius specific I believe.
You'll love it once you have it. I got Sirius the first week they got up and running. I don't even have an AM or FM station set in my radio anymore.
I bought a stand alone reciever for my work truck even....just can't live without it anymore.
