Every since I installed the coolant filter my truck leaks coolant If I turn the valves off it stops leaking I can't pinpoint where it's coming from ether just wondering if anyone has had this problem

Yea did you wrap the bolt with the lock tight paper? I forgot on one bolt and it leaked but after I wrapped it up I was good to go. Good luck.

I just followed the instructions and it didn't say anything about ( wrapping ?) a bolt in loc tight ( paper?)

He means you need to put teflon tape on the fittings

take the fittings out where the lines run into the filter housing and wrap them with Teflon Tape ( im assuming thats what he means by lock tight paper) that should help you out. I had a similar issue. Little teflon tape on the fittings, tighten her down...good to go

Haha yea sorry I had a huge brain fart. Teflon tape. It should do the trick.
