Okay stupid question.. okay removed the rubber that goes around the shift fork, my fork fell out.. does it go on tranny side or motor side of the throwout bearing? I have it on tranny side but I have zero pedal.. does it go on motor side? Or is there a trick to it?

I have never changed clutch in a zf5 only zf6 and this one is a little different then a 5

You mean clutch fork.

It goes on the trany side of the bearing. That way the bearing can ride against the clutch springs. Maybe it's not on the stud?

I’m know it goes in the side lol. Is it tricky to get on? It doesn’t seem like it’s getting up on it right. Last time I put it on I pushed pedal and goes straight to floor. It’s not disengaging. I believe if you look up in it there is a square ish looking part does it slide on that part?
