You need the up pipes, the EBPV pedistal, The collector for the turbo, the turbo itself, you will have to add a boost reference line for the wastegate, and by the way the superduty turbo is not an improvement from the obs turbo.
what gear ratio do you have? 3.55 or 4.10? if you really want to mess with your turbo beyond the point of intake/exhaust then you could consider getting a 1.0 turbine housing. you will get faster spool up, if you ever tow highway hills that are in the 40-60mph range this will allow alot better response and power in 4th gear
