Hi, I bought a 7015 with custom tunes. It's locked. Will unlocking delete the custom tunes?

ask SCT since they will have to reflash it anyway = 150 bucks but they can do it remotely on the x4
they may be able to save those files for you but unfortunately you can't access them yourself on the device for a download

They did call me back today. For the record, and everyone else's future searches, Unlocking will give 5 more fresh devices and will not delete custom tunes.

they also waive the unlock fee for certain issues like computer replacement, totaled truck etc
