This is complicated so I'll keep it simple to start and let people who know more than me ask what they need. My exhaust back pressure has normal readings at idle (like 13psi) but elevates very quickly when accelerating or even in park while revving. If I Rev it hard at all it will max out my guage (170+psi). Here's the kicker.... Same readings when disconnected from the engine but still plugged in.... Same reading with a different sensor as well. Also, my desired backpressure is elevated to the same levels. Manifold absolute pressure reads 13 - 14 at idle but bounces around between that and around 20 under load. Ask me anything else you need to give you an idea.
