Hey guys, just got a scanguage-2 from BPD pre programmed and took my truck for a 90 mile round trip drive. Outside temp right at 30 degrees here in Idaho and my EOT never got above 140 and ECT 123 on flat ground doing 55 MPH.

FMP- 47.5 - 48
CPM- .174
HPR- 36.9
FLP- 13.5
FVP- 14.0
ICP- 1182
IPR- 36.4
VGT- 53
TFT- 131
EBP- 28.4
FSS- 527
TFC- 5.48
MAP- 21.3

When driving up the hill that leads to my property, my EOT- is 192 and ECT- is 190. Is the outside temp having a effect on the EOT and ECT on flat ground? Any thoughts from some experts would be greatly appreciated.

Any engine driven for 15 minutes or more is going to be warmed up. You are not going to see 123*F coolant on a warmed up engine. You have something else going on, unless you have an air cooler oil cooler that you forgot to mention.

pretty much stock truck.. i found a few threads on other sites with people having the same issue and a new t-stat in most cases remedied the problem..
