My truck will be getting some much needed upgrades next month.Precision Industries triple disk tc,238/200% hybrids,headstuds,910 springs, & Smith Brothers pushrods.I just need to nail down a turbo. The truck is a DD that sees alot of time on I-10.I really like the idea of a Garrett gt4294, but was wondering if a Borg Warner S470 will work as well.Stats are:

compressor:69.4 inducer, 95.7 exducer, a/r .63
turbine:91.4 inducer, 81.7 exducer, a/r 1.58 with t6 flange
Flows over 80 lbs/min

Would this be too big for a single charger? too much lag with 238/200s?
Or would i just need a smaller exhaust housing?I think the t6 housings are rated differently than the t4s.
Any other suggestions for this setup?Better ideas?Thanks.

Won't be too bad. An S466 would be a better option IMO.

Could use a smaller exhaust housing I think. Also i agree with Marty
