Ok I have searched all evening and I am not finding any answers :(
I installed a set of Bdp stage 2 injectors yesterday and my truck has a very rough idle all most like romp, romp lol I think that it could be a hpop problem....
The truck runs great and throws no ses lights
any ideas what would cause this ?

I have read a bent push rod possibly, but wouldn't the truck run like poop?

How many miles have you drove since you swaped injectors? need to put some miles on it to work out the air in the HP oil system

if you pull the covers back off take a striaght edge long enough to go over the top of all 4 injectors to make shure one is not down father than the other on both sides. you might not have em seated all the way. you might not have all the air out of the oil.

maby 5 miles guys
I did use a straight edge on both sides just to make sure I got them seated properly. Does it normally take a while to get the air out of the system?

If you still have the stock fuel system that is dead headed, it will take a while to get the air out.

lol.... I drove it to work this morning thats only about 8 miles. I got on it really hard one time and damn it runs amazing and when I backed in at work the idle had calmed down a little but still pretty rough. The transmission tuning is also a million times than what i had!!!!!

Very hard, long drive tonight truck runs great but still lope idle.......

Could it be the cps?

Run about 50-75 miles then tell us if still have a problem. Some take longer to purge air which is the cause of most problems. Another sympton of lope idle is a bad ICP sensor or an ICP sensor with an air bubble underneath it , which air can get trapped underneath it after replacing HPOP or injectors. First pull the harness off and try running it if it cures the lope idle most likely you either have a bad ICP sensor or an air bubble trapped underneath it. Usually if you pull the harness and there is oil sitting in the harness connector area you have a bad ICP sensor otherwise if there isn't any oil sitting in the harness connector area on the sensor you probably have an air bubble problem which can be eliminated by simply removing and reinstalling the ICP sensor.

Thanks I will take a look at the sensor in the morning before work. I am probably just being paranoid right now. I have noticed when the truck is cold it idles fine and soon as it warms up or I rev it up it goes back the loop idle.

Do the things that everyone is telling you to do and if its still is rough then let us know. Every truck can be just a hair different so your tunes may need tweaked just a little to get it smoothed out. We will need to know ICP pressure at idle, Duty Cycle and PW all at idle so the changes can be made to try and get it calmed down.

Thanks Bean I put about 100 miles on the truck today no change in idle and all of a sudden the truck lost all its power

Icp was oily and idle changed a little bit when i pulled the plug ,So I called the local ford stealership and they had on in stock. I changed it out and zero change in my idle....
I guess I will get all the info for Jonthan tonight and let him see if he can tweek my tune a little bit and fix it.
Anything else that i can try guys ? btw thanks :psn: for all the help

Got to talk with Johnathan this morning super busy guy but very helpful. He thinks it might be a tuning issue. Thanks Bdp for all the time spent trying to help me!!!!!
