Cop pulled up next to me at a gas station tonight and informed me my reverse lights were on while I was driving. I checked and they were still on while in park. Any ideas on where I should check first?

Thanks, I checked today and everything seemed fine. I also noticed that they aren't on during the day. So they only come on when I hit the brakes or when my tail lights are on. Dealership had me check my trailer hitch wiring harness for corrosion, but it was also fine. Any other ideas?

No they stayed on while in reverse...but everything worked okay this afternoon.

I had been backing up to a snow pile at my house. So I stopped putting the truck there and cleared out a little ice from the receiver wiring harness and now everything is working. I'll keep an eye on it and let you guys know if anything changes.

Thanks for your help!
