Not this weekend, but the next, a double whammy weekend with the fine folks of MLM, you can pull at the Nevada State Fair on Friday, first time for this venue I believe, and one of very own diesel fans is responsible for making it happen, Melissa Forbus. So we can pull and help support one of our own : ) after that we go south about 50 miles to Gardnerville, NV and hook up on Saturday evening. Who’s in ????

Ummmmmmmm, let me think,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Did this event get posted already?

I will be there and my truck is now 360lb lighter than last weekend. :redspotdance:

******* Rebel(Aaron Harter) will be there too.

Just a reminder, all truck must have exhaust pointing up according to MLM. This rule was stressed by Brian in Ukiah. They say it as a safety issue and you will only get to run one time without exhaust pointing up.

Took out the Aux fuel tank, bed liner and loaded the crap behind the rear seat into a rubbermade tub. My wife and I even took out the rear seat and weighed it(95lb) so if necessary, I can take it out as well. The weight was 7870 with rear seat in the truck. I am going to have some issues if I can't make weight on their scales in Reno. I weighed it on a certified scale so I know it is accurate.

I am hoping the new high flow fuel system, train horns and modded H2E(or S300) will not make me over weight again.

I was just looking at the rules again last night. Didn't realize the weight was 8000 not 8500. My truck weighs 8750, also weighed on a certified scale without me in it. I'd have to lose 750 pounds and drive by remote control LOL
Also weighed another truck that was planning on doing it's first pull, and they'd have to lose darn near the same amount of weight. It used to be 8500 but forgot they changed it.

Howard, sorry for the re-post buddy my bad :)

Bill, street and super street have been at 8000lbs for two years now. The mods are still 8500lbs but I think it should be droped to 8000lbs as well to be in alighnment with DHRA and other oraginizations who have the mods at 8000lbs.

See you guy's next weekend eh :D

My vids are up. http://sledpulls.hhreloading.com.

Unfortunately, I lost two pull vids in the Gardnerville Super Street class. Sorry guys. :(

They announced my pull as 228'4", recorded it at 208'4". Then they awarded me with second place when I actually placed third. WFT? So, now I have a trophy that I have to keep until next season and return.

Oh well, it was fun and that is what matters.
