Take a rag or towel, wrap it around the end of a medium size flat head screw driver an carefully work your way around the top half where it says F250 or whatever you have. Once that's off you can fit your hand in threw that hole, or you can reach in through under the hood into behind the fender and push out the tabs that hold the bottom section on. It sounds alot more complicated than what it actually is. Just be careful around te edges, don't want to chip any paint.

Heat gun & fishing line works the best!
The 6.4L badges are held on with clips, not glue like the 2007 and older trucks.


I put some masking tape on the fender outlining the vent. Then with a flat blade, just slip it under the badges and pry it off. The F250 part will need to come off first, there are a couple of clips holding it. Then the lower section can come off, 4 or 5 clips hold it on.
