I see ITP's new regulated return system feeds the fuel rails from front to back. I have DI's regulated return system and it is fed from back to front. Does this really make that much difference?

IIRC, Dennis @ ITP revised his previous kits which did feed the front ports to now feed the rear ports with the theory of entrained air being forced uphill and out of the rails. :ford:

UMMMM, Other way around. The old kit fed the rear and the new kit feeds the front. :pointlaugh:

If you check out his website you will see that it feeds the front now.

Actually, ITP's old kits used to feed the drivers front and the passengers rear. With the return lines being the passenger front and drivers rear.

To be honest though, I highly doubt it makes any difference. I'm now using ITP's fuel bowl delete which feeds both heads in front.

Exactly, Dennis' old kit kept the stock feed locations, where the new one feeds from the front.

I've run reg return kits from a couple different companies now, and I have yet to notice any difference between feeding the front or the rear.

I am currently running the ITP setup with the fuel bowl delete and an AirDog, and I am very impressed! The quality on the ITP stuff is exceptionally high, Dennis is an awesome guy to deal with, and my motor is getting all the fuel it needs. Sweet!

Feed from rear let air travel uphill to front of motor. Feed from rear avoid hottest areas of motor.

Hot parts in the exhaust stream. Although I think that there may be some temperature variation from the front vs the back of the motor. Was a discussion back the day about that in regard to cackle.
