Can I do a manual regen by running the truck (2013 F250 6.7) at 20K RPM for a certain amount of time?

Unless you have the capability of enabling that feature with the IDS, then no.
99 & 00, F350s, manual and auto, Ext & Crew Cab, 4x2 & 4x4, need more room!
