Bought a 2002 f250 a year ago as a project, needs ac/heat, and the radio and windows don't work, so I finally started digging into it, there is no power distribution block under the hood, and a tuner and remote starter added under the Dash, I figured out there's no power to the radio when you turn the key, maybe bad ignition relay?? Anyway I pulled power from the headlight switch where there is keyed power, and the radio turned on, and the windows started working, rolled the windows down and when I rolled them back up the whole electrical system died, and I get no response from the throttle, hooked up a code reader and every code (there was a TON) was linked to either the ECU or bad wiring, I need help, did I fry my computer?? Or did the wiring fry? Hoping the latter, thanks for any ideas

Please explain "no power distribution block under the hood"?

The start solenoid on the right front fender is where all power to the truck comes from. There is a ~10ga wire that goes to the right battery positive post.
