What "kick out", do you mean like kicking out of gear into neutral? The factory clutch systems always required a lot of pedal pressure on these trucks. Only advice I can offer is to check the clutch master cylinder rod bushing where it connects to the clutch pedal linkage under the dash. Also check the clutch/brake pedal assembly mainshaft bushings for excessive play as well. Check for fluid leakage at the clutch slave cylinder on the transmission bellhousing. Lastly you should look at the clutch release lever on the tranny and see if there is smooth action when using the pedal. Cheers!
