Seems like sticking injecters is not to rare on these 6.4Ls, first question is, for the guys who have had the problem were you running any additives in the fuel? i know that the ulsd dont lube like the old diesel and i always try to run an additive. and second is it inly happening with stock injectors or aftermarket or both? thanks

Not really a answer to your question but CR injectors just do that, it is the nature of the beast of all CR injectors not just the 6,4

i that true i know a few guys with the cummins having the problem but i know they were also not runnin additives and guess im just wondering if the problem is due to the new junk fuel and if the extra lubrication form additives cures the problem

I for sure would run an additive to help lube things up because the new ULSD does nothing to help lubrication. I use it in every tank. We have lost quite a few injector pumps on our work trucks due to the new crappy fuel.

it has been happening WAY before they changed the fuel.
