So you think I can do it?:poke::poke:

If so do I call the regular folks to get the parts and what would be involved?

I know people are going to ask why does it need rebuilt.Well I cant move the wheel by hand and the it has enough side to side movement that it seems to just slightly touch the housing.I hooked my EBB tube back up and it shows about 45psi of back pressure on 25-30psi of boost.

About 95k miles on it.

Rebuilding a turbo is easy, there just some orings and few bolts. The big thing is that if the wheels come off the shaft it needs to be rebalanced. Many times you can get away with just bolting it back together, however I ALWAYS rebalance if a wheel comes off the shaft.

Other than the balancing the turbo is fairly self explanatory once you start taking it apart. If you have a turbo supply house near by they can get you the parts and probably a rebuild manual for it as well. ADP in Kent Washington is a pretty good place to deal with for parts.

Bell Turbo is closer and they have a lot more knowledge, not just your run of the mill sales guy you'll find at most turboshops.

Kainer, don't know if you got a handle on it already or not, but if you want to make arrangements I could meet you half way and drop it off for you. He just down the street from me. Good luck.
