Ive done it with my truck in my sig....not to bad to do. I already have the front clip off and the underhood harness laying on top of the motor. After that just make sure you got everything disconnected from the firewall, some stuff can say on it like the master cylinder heater core.
Since you have a rust issue....the cab mount bolts will prolly be kinda hard to get out so make sure you got pb blaster on hand, loosen then then tighten them done some then back to loosening them.
