For me I loosened the nut on the top of the power steering gear box and used an allen/hex key in side the outer bolt and gave it a tiny turn not much and that tightened it up a bit for me. Then after you tighten the hex bot tighten down the outer nut and you should be good to go.
After doing the above check to see how much play there is in the steering shaft beside block as it is a slip joint. If there is too much play in slip joint replace it. Or you can also re-shape the grove in the slip joint with hammer and punch this will reduce play in the slip joint.
