Dont feel bad. My 97 has all new FORD cables from the pedal to drums and all new brakes. My E-brake pedal goes right to the floor and I can push the truck by hand:doh:All cables have been replaced, all brake components replaced or rebuilt but park brake not releasing properly, put it down to crap aftermarket cables. Shop says that the foot control should rachet but l tried another F250 and everyone here says it does not so l going with that. What cables are the best besides genuine? It seems the genuine are not available anymore![]()
