Truck - 2005 F250 6L Diesel
Mods -IPR Studs, EGR deleted
Tune - SCT - Street/Strip Program

The truck is not towing or loaded when this occurs...

ECT(194-198) and EOT(194-198) around town. Hwy speed 65-70 RPM around 2k and ECT spikes to 236 with the EOT rising to 220 and pukes coolant. Then if I drop my speed to 55-60 temps drop back to 194-198.

Parts replaced to try to fix this issue....the Oil Cooler, Water Pump, Radiator and Fan.

Any Ideas?

What EGR delete system did you install?
See any white exhaust?
What does a coolant sample from the radiator drain look like? What coolant are you using?
Haven't heard of IPR studs, did you mean ARP studs?
What head gasket did you use or did you do studs one-at-a-time? Who installed them?
Have you measured the pressure in the degas bottle? The puking probably tells the story, but data is always nice to have.

Sounds like head gaskets to me.

Is the Egr valve plugged in? I think in 2004 and newer 6.0s having the egr valve unplugged will not allow the fan to operate correctly. Can you hear the fan turn on? At 236 degrees that fan should be roaring.

The puking of coolant is not due to those temps, you have head gasket issues. Also try thermostat and when you say you changed the fan did you change the clutch too?
