over steering and road handling

drove my truck this past week on a 6 hr 300 mile plus trip noticed that I had to do a lot of steering corrections and over steering. I noticed this before on a long trip and sometimes driving. It doesn't tract straight. Truck 2005 crew cab XLT OEM stock no lifts or anything. Looking into a steering trac bar

SuperSteer Trac Bar

I think this is the one recommended by this company. Any one have any ideas or other suggestions?

Are you thinking the rear axle is out? When was the last time you had the alignment checked?

no! I don't think there is a mechanical problem, just the steering and handling isn't up to par. 1/2 of this might be me and my driving.

Aside from crappy roads, there could be a mechanical issue. I'd check the alignment first then look at a steering stabilizer setup. Additionally look at the front sway bar, an upgrade to the Helwig brand may help as well.
