Don't know how i managed this but i definitely ordered my 22x9.5 rims in a 10mm offset when i knew(way too late) that my 18x9s are -12mm. I guess i didnt pay attention.

I have some 1/4" spacers laying around that will help some and will work since the wheels are lug eccentric but my backspacing is still more than 3/4" off:poke:. With the spacer it'll take my offset to the 3-4mm range.

I'm lifting my truck 4.5" next week to make room for my 37x13.50r22 Kumho KL71s, but now with the offset being this far off, it'll be leaf spring rub city. I guess the only positive thing about it is i'll be less likely to rub my bumper and inner fender. It also looks like the tires will be about flush with the outside of the fender which i like, i'm sure the leaf springs won't though.

Do i have any options at all other than wheel spacers that cost so much that i could buy another set of wheels? If i left it as is, will i be able to turn around in a 5 acre parking lot?

Thanks in advance.

Man that sucks!!!!!! That was my fear when I bought mine. Almost listened to a dumba$$ and got the wrong ones. I'm glad I went somewhere else. No chance to send em back huh.

I just bought my rims and there the exact same size as yours 22x9.5 with +10mm offset... im running a lot smaller street tire 305/45/22 with a 2.5" leveling kit upfront and mine barely rub at full lockout and my tires sit almost flush with the outside of the fender which is what i wanted.. i like the way mine turned out, just have to watch mine at full lockout...

That's a picture if any of you would be interested. They're Gear Alloy Double Pumps.

If i were to use spacers, what would ya'll suggest? It seems like the quality spacers are at minimum 100-150 dollars and i'm assuming the ebay spacers don't have the quality to be put on a 4 ton truck? Anyone try them? Here's a link to what i see on there: WHEEL SPACER 25MM FORD F250 8X170 14X2.0 : eBay Motors (item 150432158053 end time May-09-10 11:07:22 PDT)

If you are willing to take a hit on a re-stock fee, will they put your purchase price towards a different set of wheels?

Well the only problem is they're my tire distributor(i run a general automotive shop) and they told me up front that these wheels are being discontinued so there will be no returns or exchanges. I also already mounted them yesterday.

Only thing i'm not too fond of with the wheel spacers is i'll probably have to cut my factory studs so that they don't stick out past the spacers. I'm tempted to bolt these things on like they are after i get the lift on just to see how bad the leaf spring rub/my turning radius is.

Anymore suggestions? Thanks everyone

I usually don't tow extremely heavy. The most i've hauled with the truck was probably around 10k but that was only once. Usually it's only a couple tons but i will occasionally put a ton of rock or something in the bed of it.

I called an aftermarket truck specialty shop earlier today and asked if they carried spacers and they told me get on ebay! Maybe it'll be worth trying.

Also, would you guys go an inch(25mm) or 1 1/4"(30mm) with the spacers?

Well guys i went ahead and ordered the 25mm spacers off of ebay. This should get me a lot closer and i also have the 1/4" slip on spacers if they're needed and/or the studs on the spacers' studs are long enough. The spacer itself is hub eccentric so that's a good start. Hopefully this will get me straight.

If you guys ever see me talking about wheels on here again, slap me around until i get negative offset wheels!

spacers shouldnt be a problem, had a set on one of my prerunners and jumped it, beat the living piss out of it, etc never had a problem with them at all.

Alright well i got everything on. Here are the 37x13.50r22 Kumho KL71s on the double pump rims with around 0 offset(have a 1/4" spacer). I love where the tires sit in the wells, it's about flush or maybe 1/4" out. It also does not rub the leaf springs that bad, only time it will is when the steering wheel is basically locked one way or the other. My 1" spacers are supposed to be here tomorrow but i think i'm going the leave them off for a little bit.

Here are the pics, truck has a 4.5" lift in the front and 5" blocks in the rear(3" lift in the rear).

Thanks guys. I love where the wheels sit right now, just about dead flush whereas my last set stuck out an inch or more and threw rocks all over my truck.

My 1" spacers came in today but pretty sure i won't use them. The leaf springs don't rub bad at all and they're tucked in just how i like them. Anyone needs some spacers?:poke:
