I purchased a the following body parts:
8' box, 2 front fenders, 2 doors. Then it was off to the body shop for a couple months of work. It also required cab corners, sills, and a small portion of the floor being replaced.

After the body work was done. I proceeded to completely restore the interior.
We removed everything excluding the dash board. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures.
We coated the floor.
Replaced the rubber floor with carpet.
Recovered the headliner.
Completely took apart the seats and repaired the hole in the drivers seat cover and put them through a commercial washing machine (the water was black) They came out looking like new. Painted all the metal parts and repaired a broken seat back. It took 2 days! Well Worth it!
Installed a used ford sliding rear window.
Replaced all the speakers
Repaired all the power locks and windows and lock cylinders! Big job!
Cleaned all the plastic trim.
Installed a mito auto dimming rear view mirror.
Installed a new used dash pad.
Repaired ash tray and lighter.
Installed an Alpine head unit with xm radio tuner
Replaced the steering wheel.
We did all this stuff ourselves and have very little mechanical ability.
Thanks to the information on the forums!

I forgot about the rad support and tailgate. I had to purchase a new rad support from ford $850.00. Luckily, I found a new take off xlt tailgate off a 1996 with the silver piece for $125.00 in mint condition. I thought that was a steal of a deal!

I have been working on the exterior of the truck.
I did the 3" downpipe and diamond eye exhaust.
Installed a S&B air filter system.
Removed the immobizer.
Replaced the shocks all four corners.
Replaced the steering stabilizer.
Removed the very rusted trailer hitch and spare tire (job in a half!)

I would have liked to have salvaged the moulding however it was quite dried out and weathered.
The frame is in pretty good shape all things considered(rust belt). The previous owner used it to sand and salt with. They did rust proof it a couple of times which I am convinced saved it. We did sand blast it and re-paint it. Sorry no pictures!
It is a work in progress. I will post more details and pictures.
Thanks for all the positive comments.
