Got an 06 f-550 6.0 and I noticed the rear of the driver side manifold has what looks like oil on it and above it. The valley is bone dry and it doesn’t look like the glow plug harness or valve cover is leaking. What else could be there that would be leaking oil? Welcome. Leaking rocker boxes are a possibility. I have other ideas, but they're unlikely. Its honestly really difficult to tell just from those photos. I would advise cleaning the whole area with brake clean or something like that, letting everything get clean and dry, then go drive it around and get it hot. See if you can pinpoint it then.

I would still go with glowplug harness.
Cheap enough to replace anyways.
