I am restoring a 97 f350 from the ground up. I started with a bare frame and began bolting parts on. I replaced the oil pan on the motor and transmission. I noticed that every once and awhile I have a few oil drips on the floor under the motor. It is dripping out of the inspection plate on the transmission as well as running down on the starter. The kicker is the motor has not been run since it was installed. I put a little oil in it just because I had a partial jug (not even enough to register on the stick). I thought it could be a torque converter seal but it is engine oil. The motor is clean and there is no evidence of the valve cover leaking, or any obvious external leaks. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
