Ok guys, Ive been a 7.3 buff for a while and dreaded having to change BUT i broke down and bought a 2004 f350 King Ranch crew cab 4x4 with 6.0 automatic with 155,000 mles. the down pipe was changed by dealer before I purchased it due to being cracked. I know the 6.0 have a rep of having some problems. My question IS: What do I need to do to reduce any problems I may have?? I live in Kansas so emissions is not an issue.

Egr delete, coolant filtration setup, some custom tunes, and depending on how hard you are goin to be on it, maybe some head studs to to start off with.

egr delete and studs most deff. id be a helluva lot richer if i had done those 2 simple things on day 1.
