Well, the BBQ was sure fun today. I got there a few minutes after 1 pm, and the last of us didn't leave until about 7 or so. There was Will and his family, and his dad and a friend, as well as Marc from powerstroke.org and his girlfriend, and Howard and his family, and myself. Hamburgers cooked up by Will and his dad were great, as were the salads made by Howard's wife, yum, and the beers brought by all. We talked a lot of trucks and had a good time. Howard took us for a ride in his B-code equipped 99 and it was a blast! :rockwoot: Plenty of black smoke pumped out by Will, Howard, and myself as we were getting ready to head out of the park and head home. Fun times. Hope to see more of the faces we missed at the next one (like the almond farmer and the old man with no truck, for example :hehe: ).

It was a good time. Bounce house for the kids and all.

The perma-grin on Ryan and Wills faces was great to see on the test drive. I always like to see others response to how my truck runs. I think my truck is getting there but I am bias so it was very reassuring.

At least this time the oil leak is gone, just that all of the bearings in the steering column had no balls in them. So, between that and the last two weeks of A zone hunting season made me once again a no show with the truck. One these days my rebuilt shortblock will show up to cure my blowby problem and those BDs you guys saw at the last BBQ will find a new home and I gave away that Garrett BB turbo, got something else.:redspotdance:
