So I actually found a CAT C7 turbo. It seems to be an S200 or S300 of some kind. After taking it apart and measuring it, it’s got a 57x80mm compressor wheel, and the turbine is a 10 blade 70x61mm with a 0.80 A/R twin scroll T3 inlet and 4” V-band outlet. Should work out just fine as an s300 swap. It’s pretty close to the size of a Holset HX35, just 5mm larger on the turbine wheel, and a tad larger on the housing. For reference, the stock 6.0 Garrett turbo has a 64mm turbine wheel and 0.90 A/R housing. I’m going to take the faded yellow paint off, let it sit in an ultrasonic cleaner, sit in Evapo-Rust, then reassemble and install with a River City Diesel T3 kit. I’m also doing the STC fitting update. If it doesn’t spool fast enough for my liking, I’ll get a 0.65 A/R (10cm^2-ish) turbine housing.
