So to start off bought the truck non running.
Former owner said he had a new turbo put on recently.
Then the other day it lost all power and died on him and would not start or crank.

So that is when i bought it.
After alot of trouble shooting I had to replace
pcm to make start.
ficm to make run better.
icp was leaking.replaced it
y-pipe was leaking. replaced it

Now that it is running it has no power. Turbo is not spooling up.
i pressure tested cac system and has no leaks.

what do i need to check or test??? Kinda new to the turbo stuff.

I am surprised at the bad PCM, that isn't common.

What year model is it and where is the ICP sensor located? What turbo was installed?

You need a way to retrieve engine data when running. The cheapest route is a smart phone app (ForScan or Torque Pro). With these you also need an ELM327 adapter (bluetooth for Android and WiFi for ios).

You could also get a ScangaugeII.

There are others, but they can get expensive.

Once you get that equipment, you need to post some key-on/engine-off data:
Baro (barometer sensor)
MAP
EBP (Exhaust Back Pressure sensor)

Then please post the MAP and EBP readings at cold idle, hot idle, cruising at 55 mph, and at WOT.

Does that '03 have a back pressure valve to help with cold starts...stuck closed maybe....MAP sensor hose and electrical connection are good?

post the numbers when u can.

Need MAP not MAF

Your 03 will most likely not use the EBP sensor, so no need to report that.

I asked for the following

Then please post the MAP and EBP readings at cold idle, hot idle, cruising at 55 mph, and at WOT.
Were the two sets of readings at hot idle and cruising at 55? I have no way of telling since you only posted the gauge pics.

Looks like a boost or CAC leak, but since you didn't post the conditions for the posted pics or the full set of data asked, for I am only guessing.

Fist pic was KOEO and second one was at a idle.
The EBP. Never showed anything
Maybe something to do with the new pcm?

I will get the info u need today when I get home.

I pressured up the CAC. And no leaks

You may not even be able to get EBP being an 03 engine. If the PCM was ever updated, then it was programmed to "infer" the EBP and the sensor input is ignored. It is a shame, because it helps in troubleshooting.

You might as well post the VGT % duty cycle with each condition as well.

Data at cruising speed and even WOT is helpful so you can look at boost numbers (MAP minus Baro equals boost).

Sorry I missed the CAC pressure check - I see you posted that in post #1.
