No boost and exaust leak?

Hello everyone! I've been using forums for years and now decided I need account. I have a 08 f350 with 130k miles. Today on my way to work I was drive along and all of a sudden felt a loss and power and boost gague went to zero. I pulled over and heard the sound of an exaust leak. I looked around my turbo and inspected boots and hoses. There's a small gash in cool air side of intercooler boot. But it has been there for months. I took off tube connecting from air filter and the shaft is firm. No apparent interior damage.

There is also a small oil leak around the turbo actuator. But it is not significant.

I looked back and I think I see a flange that is missing bolts and it sound like that is where leak is comming from its on the driver side behind turbo. I need to know what flange that is so I can replace. Also I need to know if that leak can cause zero boost. I need to get fixed ASAP. Truck had been acting funny like it had no power over past few days. And it also seemed like it was in constant regen.

Yes I know I need to do my deletes and tune etc etc. if you want me to do it so bad then pay for it but I got other things to get done at the moment. Hopefully it will be done by Christmas.

Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

Can anyone help me? I know there's quite a bit of yall who know a lot. I need some advice on what I should do. I have determined that the up pipe has come undone from turbo and the bolts are missing.
Even at that you should still have boost if the down pipe is off, all the pressure is container on the intake side of the turbos? There must be another boot loose or cut somewhere, almost has to be. Unless the turbo is out. Surely someone else will chime in

Well there is a small oil leak that I believe is comming from oil return line Gasket??? But Its only a few weeks old. But my exaust leak is very bad. You can hear it in can with radio on loud. I think I blew out an up pipe. And that's why? I don't know till I cAn see it. How bad is dropping the transmission on these trucks? Any tips?
Transmissions on these truck atr very finicky. Honestly cut the down pipe out as high as you can underneath and cut the 90 off behind the turbo and get a two piece down pipe and put back in. Other option is to pull the cab. But i have heard alot and i mean ALOT of bad stories about dropping the tranny and i would avoid that at all cost. I cut my down pipe and its kinda tight but it will come out that way. Oil in or around the turbo is not unheard of in a 6.4 and they generally leak a little bit from what i have seen and heard, no worst the the ccv pulling oil in the intake tho.
